“Today -( first official non statutory holiday ) I tried to call many tv technicians to help me repair the smart hub on my tv. I called about 3-4 businesses who were not available to help. However when i spoke to Vijay at Pixel Plus he was polite and helpful and able to come out within an hour or so and he quoted the price over the phone. He arrived on time, fixed my t v issue in no time and I paid him by phone banking before he left. It was an easy stressless repair and I would highly recommend his business to anyone.”

She helped me carefully get the new set to my car and strap it in for a safe journey, and also took care of disposal of my previous set, because I made a purchase from them today. “We needed a washer, dryer and fridge. Needed some guidance and Bryan was really great, knowledgeable about the products and very laid back. He didn't try and upsell or pressure us at all, just showed us the best options for our budget. We saved enough at alliance outlet that we were also able to get a microwave! Edit: our appliances were delivered three days after purchase, right on schedule by Slade who was punctual, efficient and really helpful getting everything set up just right!”

“Had an issue with our Parmco oven recently and had two technicians called out. The first may have been new so dont think he diagnosed the problem correctly in which the oven seemed to be switching off when at a certain heat level. He thought the entire oven fan needed replacing... This didnt quite sit with us... So asked for another set of eyes. Megan was awesome and arranged another call out at no extra cost. Two other chaps arrived ( I think one was called Ian?) very promptly and were much more thorough than the first chap. They removed the entire top cover and gas hobs and diagnosed that the problem lay with the top fan that was caught up with grease and was not cooling the top part of the oven - hence the thermostat in the hobs getting too hot. They sprayed it with some CRC (good ole!) and its back in business! I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend them to anyone! (perhaps ask for Ian and his co-worker!)”
